The What
I focus on ‘the crazy ones’ – founders, creatives and change-makers just crazy enough to believe they can change our world for good. I help them change their world with ease.
I do so through a focus on understanding who they (really) are, what makes them thrive, and supporting them to live from this place more of the time.
My clients typically report less worry, more play and better results.
The How
I work with a maximum of 8 x 1-2-1 clients at a time. This enables me to serve them most effectively.
Coaching programmes usually involve a 60-90mins call every 2-3 weeks.
I typically work with clients for between 3 and 12 months, although I’ve been working with a couple of clients for 24 months.
The sessions always have a spirit of play, even when the topic is heavy. After the calls, I follow up with reflections, insights and resources.
Commercials
In terms of commercials, I am flexible in what I charge. I am however looking for a significant commitment from clients. A cash ‘investment’ is a clear signal of commitment, although I am open to bartering for non-monetary transactions (i.e. I have coached for a piece of art, etc). I seek to ensure a 5-10x return on any investment from the client (and yes this can get tricky to assess for non-financial benefits such as being happier, better relationships etc). We review success at the end of any coaching programme.
